2. Employer Services
Employers may submit hiring requirements. Hiring Point may collect role details, salary range, required skills, location, experience, interview process and commercial terms. Candidate sharing may be controlled and subject to fee terms.
3. Candidate Services
Candidates may submit profile, resume, documents, preferences and consent. Submission does not guarantee job selection. Candidate profiles may be reviewed for suitable opportunities subject to fitment and consent.
4. Fees & Payments
Employer fees, candidate registration/service fees, payment milestones, replacement terms, refunds and taxes must be clearly filled in the final commercial schedule. GST/non-GST treatment should be verified by accountant.
5. Data & Consent
Users consent to collection and use of data for recruitment processing, communication, matching, verification and service delivery. Sensitive documents must be handled with restricted access.
6. No Guarantee
Hiring Point does not guarantee employment, joining, candidate availability, employer selection or candidate performance. The service supports screening and coordination.
7. Call Recording
Calls may be recorded for quality, verification and recruitment process tracking only after consent and as per applicable law.
